Landfill Account
* Fill out the "Customer Agreement" form and fax to (808)668-1368.
* Upon approval your account will be opened on a COD basis.
* Review the Landfill "Policies and Procedures" and the
"Unacceptable Materials List".
* Complete the "Request for Clearance Number" form and fax to
(808)668-1368 when you are ready to use the landfill service.
* Approval of clearance numbers will take approximately seven (7)
to ten (10) days.
* If you need to add additional haulers, please fill out the
"Transporters Authorization" form.
* Your driver/hauler should use this number to enter the landfill.

* Asbestos will only be accepted on Tuesday and Thursdays
