The PVT Land Company landfill operation is a licensed construction and demolition (C&D) materials solid waste landfill on Oahu, Hawaii. The Landfill is designed to provide the island of Oahu with its construction and demolition waste disposal needs.
Waste disposal service shall include the proper disposal of non-hazardous materials which originate from construction or demolition sites, including but not limited to concrete, asphalt, wood, glass, masonry, roofing, rock, dirt, boulders and siding. Dumping Policies and Procedures
All customers interested in using the Landfill service need to have a valid account with PVT Land Company in good standing. All material to be landfilled will require inspection by an authorized PVT inspector. All submittals shall be made in writing, see "Request for Clearance Number" form, no less than (7) seven business days prior to the commencement of demolition and/or hauling. Failure to have a pre-approved account with PVT Land Company and failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph will result in denial to dispose of material at the landfill. All unacceptable loads will be returned to the hauler/contractor and will be subject to an additional service fee.
