2010 Price List (effective 07/01/2010)

Price schedule effective July 1, 2010 *Plus GET 4.712%

-All trucks; semis, tandems and bins: $35 per ton (up to 5 tons minimum charge $175)*
-All flatbeds/trailers: $35 per ton (up to 4 tons minimum charge $140)*
-Pickup trucks/ vans less than 2 tons: $75.00 per load*

Asbestos $85 per ton plus $85 per load handling fee*
(minimum charge $170)*

Petroleum Contaminated Soil (PCS) $85 per ton (minimum charge $170)*
Special Waste Disposal $90 per ton plus $90 per load handling fee*
(minimum charge $180)*

Select Concrete Pricing:
-Clean concrete loads (Not mixed waste): $14 per ton*
• Lead painted concrete must be separate from clean concrete
• Steel must not stick out more than 2 inches
-Concrete with Lead Base Painted Surfaces: $14 per ton (effective 7/1/10)*
• TCLP required for all residential and commercial demolition and all commercial renovation projects that contain lead base paint
-Crushed Concrete 3 inch minus: $3.00 per ton or less with prior approval*

Mixed loads of concrete: $33 per ton (minimum charge $165)*

Concrete with Excessive Steel (rebar) $14 per ton (effective 7/1/10)*

Screened Dirt & Co-Plane:No Charge: Call Office for Approval

Additional Service Charge for Unacceptable Material & Assistance:
• Loads containing lead-acid batteries: $22 per battery*
• Loads containing tires up to regular size auto: $22 per tire*
• Loads containing mattresses: $17 per mattress*

Loads that are primarily carpet: $95.00 per ton

• Loads containing tires up to bus size tires: $55 per tire*
• Assistance to reload unacceptable material: $95 minimum*

Additional Service Charges:
• Assistance to empty wedged or trapped debris: $75 minimum*
• Hydraulic Fluid Spills on Landfill $170 minimum*
• All other assistance must be pre-arranged with the Landfill Office; please call for price schedule.
